If you require urgent support for a production critical issue please call the appropriate number below at any time. Note that after-hours support is only available for Rank 1 (Production Critical/Revenue Threat) issues and may be chargeable unless your contract includes 24×7 support coverage.
Atex Support must be contacted by telephone for all Rank 1 (Production Critical/Revenue Threat) issues even if logged.
Support hours are 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays in the state of Victoria, Australia which are listed here.
