Urgent Support

If you require urgent support for a production critical issue please call the appropriate number below at any time. Note that after-hours support is only available for Rank 1 (Production Critical) issues and may be chargeable unless your contract includes 24x7 support coverage.

Atex Support must be contacted by telephone for all Rank 1 (Production Critical) and Rank 2 (Revenue Threat) issues even if logged.
